REFUND POLICY

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure you received the correct item and that it is free from any defects or damage.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return—provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at aedab.official@gmail.com within the 48-hour window.
Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Aedab, we do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees for purchased items.

If you paid via Debit/Credit Card, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Upon cancellation, the paid amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

REFUND / EXCHANGE PROCESS

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned to us via any reliable courier service.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Items returned without original tags or packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Important: If you do not contact us within 48 hours of delivery, your return or exchange request will not be processed.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY (Pakistan Only)

We offer exchanges only for size-related issues, reported within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

The item must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests must be sent to aedab.official@gmail.com within the 2-day window.
Delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
If you choose to return the item yourself, courier charges must be covered on your end.

The complete exchange process may take 15–20 days.
